In sports an appropriate balance and an adequate preparatory stage must be considered. The heart is the only muscle that does not produce lactic acid. You would therefore think that it is never tired. The heart however undergoes more work when blood circulation requires a major flow to provide oxygen in the muscles and to process carbon dioxide and oxygen exchange in lungs.
If you are making long intense efforts without a proportionate period of training, your heart not only will not be adequately "reinforced", such as for any other muscle, but also the circulatory system will not be ready to bear the necessary additional flow of blood, and the thoracic cavity will be less willing to act as a "bellows".
It is therefore necessary to avoid occasional efforts or not adapted to your body, and is always recommended to undergo medical examination in advance before any sport training.
